Will Bowden, Director
Will is a graduate of Texas A&M Corpus Christi (BA in Communications). He then served three years with the International Mission Board in Wales, United Kingdom. He has received a Master’s of Divinity at Truett Seminary and has been at Baylor BSM for seven years.

Kara is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University (BA in Human Sciences). She has been at Baylor BSM for five years.

Thomas Haak, Campus Missionary
Thomas is a graduate of Baylor University (BA in Religion). He also serves as a youth pastor at First Baptist Church of Troy. He has received a Master's of Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is in his second year on staff at the Baylor BSM.

Ronda Kruse, Administrative Assistant
Ronda was employed by Baylor University for 20 years. After retiring, she has served Baylor BSM part time since November 2022.

Carly Bowden, Financial Coordinator
Carly is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University (BA in Seconday Education - Mathematics). She has served alongside her husband, Will, in Wales, UK and Texas, USA. She is the mother of 3 sons and a leader in Listening Prayer Ministry in her community.

Sarah Alley, Cross-Cultural Team Coordinator
Sarah graduated from Gettysburg College, having studied Math, English, and Education. She has taught Algebra, worked as a chef, and served as a missionary in Dublin, Ireland. She and her husband, Josh, have the joy of keeping two little guys alive.

Lauren Baker, Campus Missionary
Lauren is a graduate of Baylor University (BA in Corporate Communication). She served as a BSM leader at McLennan Community College for two years before transferring to Baylor where she served as the BSM president.

Dr. April Wilson serves as the Associate Director for the BSM at Baylor University, bringing over two decades of ministry experience to her role on campus. After spending 20 years ministering to teenagers in youth ministry, she transitioned to college students in 2025. April earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas, followed by a Master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Today, she loves walking alongside Baylor students as they navigate their faith, discover their callings, and build Christ-centered communities during their pivotal university years.
